TITLE: Need to rewrite the SCA-BPEL specifications with RFC-2119 keywords/statements

TARGET: SCA BPEL Specification

SUBMITTED BY: KHANDERAO KAND

DESCRIPTION:
As discussed during initial meetings we need to use RF-2119 words for normative statements. As discussed in the context of Issue # 15, such normative statements would potentially be target for defining conformance.

PROPOSAL: Recommend an action item to editors to rewrite the specifications with RFC-2119

On 2008-09-25 we resolved how we will talk about component types as part of RFC 2119 rules.
