DESCRIPTION: Both specs need to clarify the extensibility of the respective
languages. As an example, it should be defined how to introduce new generic
human roles for human tasks (standalone or in the context of BPEL process)
- the current version of the B4P/HTD XML Schema definitions only define a
fixed list of generic human roles.

This new issue is an outcome of a discussion of issue 12
(http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BP-12) which is about the possible values
for generic human role parameters on API operations. The resolution of
issue 12 is therefore dependent on a resolution of the general
extensibility addressed in this issue.
