DESCRIPTION: ws-humantask-context.xsd and ws-humantask-protocol.xsd are
separate files with the same targetNamespace. They should be merged into a
single file.

PROPOSAL: Merge the content from ws-humantask-context.xsd into
ws-humantask-protocol.xsd
