The project source code is held in the PECL repository http://cvs.php.net/pecl/sdo
under version 2 of the Apache license.
The project is distributed as a PECL package SCA_SDO containing both the SCA and SDO implementations.
The latest release can be downloaded here: http://pecl.php.net/get/SCA_SDO.
SCA is in its early stages while SDO has achieved a stable state.
