Following comments made by a number of users, particularly in the open source space, the Open SOA collaboration has clarified the licenses which apply to artifacts available from the www.osoa.org site. The clarification addresses the ability to use these artifacts with very few restrictions other than correct copyright attribution and acknowledgement of the source of the artifacts.
The artifacts include XSD files, Java files, Javadoc files which are associated with both the SCA and the SDO specifications.
The SCA artifacts are available from the SCA Specifications page, under the "Complementary Materials" heading.
The SDO artifacts are available from the SDO Specifications page, under the "Complementary Materials" heading.
